Customisation Options

The Garden Master GM3018 is designed to be configured around your site, access points and storage needs. A wide selection of layout and finish options allows you to create a shed that works efficiently in your available space.

Layout & Access

• Choose between single or double doors to match the size of equipment and furniture you need to move in and out.
• Configure doors as either hinged (standard) or sliding (upgrade) to suit tight access ways or areas with limited clearance in front of the shed.
• Change the door location from the default position on the long wall to alternative positions on the long wall or end walls.
• Add extra single or double doors, including on end walls, for multiple access points.

Light, Ventilation & Height

• Add louvre windows to the front, sides or back of the shed, with options for extra windows wherever more light or airflow is required.
• Include a skylight roof sheet to bring natural light into the centre of the shed.
• Increase wall height by +150mm or +300mm to create more headroom or storage space for taller items.

Colours & Finish

• Select either Alu‑Zinc or coloured steel cladding.
• Individually choose wall, roof, trim and door colours from a large colour palette to coordinate the shed with surrounding buildings and landscaping.
• Upgrade to corner flashings for a more finished appearance at the shed corners.

Interior Organisation & Security

• Fit tool hooks, Bruns Tool Grip rails and shelf brackets to organise tools and equipment off the floor.
• Upgrade to locking T‑handles and Securi‑Door double padbolts on included and additional doors for enhanced security.

Flooring & Anchoring

• GM3018 Wood Floor Kit – Precut runners and floorboards that nail together for a stable timber floor, ideal where a concrete pad is not used.
• Concrete Floor Bolt Package (Flat or Recessed) – Set of 8 bolts for securely fixing the shed to a concrete pad, helping protect against movement in high winds.

Framing & Structural Kits

• Frame Master Kit – Sure Frame or Kwik Frame – Additional framing kits designed to work with the shed system for enhanced rigidity and support.

Door Options & Hardware

• Single or Double Door – Choose the standard single door or upgrade to double doors for wider access to bulky items.
• Hinged or Sliding Doors – Standard hinged doors or upgraded sliding doors, ideal where space in front of the shed is limited.
• Door Location Change – Adjust the door position on the long wall or move it to an end wall for easier access from your preferred approach.
• Extra Doors (Single or Double, including end wall options) – Add additional entry points to improve flow and access to different parts of the shed.
• Cabin Hooks – Keep doors held open securely while you work, preventing them from slamming in the wind.
• Locking T‑Handle (for included or additional doors) – Upgrade to a locking handle for easier operation and improved day‑to‑day security.
• Securi‑Door Double Padbolt (for single or double doors) – Add extra pad‑bolts to doors to significantly increase resistance to forced entry.

Windows, Light & Ventilation

• Louvre Windows – Add louvre windows (glass included) to front, sides or back of the shed for light and controllable ventilation.
• Extra Louvre Windows – Add additional louvre windows where more light or airflow is required.
• Skylight Roof Sheet – A skylite roof panel that brings natural light into the shed, ideal when wall space for windows is limited.

Height & Corner Upgrades

• Extra Wall Height (+150mm or +300mm) – Increase overall wall height in 150mm or 300mm increments to create more headroom or vertical storage capacity.
• Corner Flashing Upgrade – Upgrade from standard corners to corner flashings for a more finished look and added edge protection.

Storage & Organisation

• Tool Hooks (set of 4) – Hook sets for hanging tools off the walls, keeping the floor clear.
• Bruns Tool Grip Rail – A wall‑mounted rail supplied with six grippers, with the option to add more grips or hooks to store a range of tools securely.
• Shelf Brackets – Brackets that support up to three 300mm‑deep shelves, hanging from the wall to maximise usable floor space (shelves separate unless otherwise specified).

Colour Options

• Alu‑Zinc or Coloured Finish – Choose a plain Alu‑Zinc or coloured finish for the shed.
• Wall, Roof, Trim & Door Colours – Select from a broad palette (including Desert Sand, Grey Friars, Gull Grey, Iron Sand, Karaka, Sandstone, Smooth Cream, Ebony, Slate Grey, Titania and Alu‑Zinc) to coordinate walls, roof, trims and doors with your home and garden.

Construction & Installation

These sheds are designed to be DIY projects, however we also offer a full install service at fixed prices should you prefer someone else to do this for you. Typically a shed of this size would take one of the installers we use *one day*. See shed options for pricing.

• Straightforward installation for someone with good DIY skills
• Allow approximately a day and a half for a competent DIYer to complete the build

Construction Overview

• High tensile steel wall sheets are joined with rivets, with top and bottom channels drilled and riveted.
• Once wall and roof panels are assembled, stand the wall panels up, then drill and rivet them together.
• Fit the roof panels in the same manner as the walls.
• Drill and rivet flashings to the shed to complete the weathering details.
• Attach the door using the supplied hinges.
• If using the optional floor kit, assemble the precut runners and floorboards first; the floor is nailed together with a hammer before you begin erecting the shed.
