This shed is supplied as a standardised kitset with fixed dimensions and a gable‑roof layout. While the core structure is not custom‑built to order, you can still tailor how it works for you through your choice of materials and accessories.

• Select between 0.30mm high tensile steel or cost‑effective 0.25mm steel cladding to suit your budget and durability preferences.
• Choose an optional wood floor kitset or use concrete floor bolt packages to suit your foundation type.

  Precut runners and floorboards that can be simply nailed together to create a solid timber floor, giving you a stable, dry surface for storing gear.

  Choose bolts for a flat concrete floor or a recessed floor to securely anchor your shed to your concrete pad and improve wind resistance and overall stability.
• Cabin Hooks

DIY Build & Installation

The Galvo GVO3030 "Karaka" shed is designed as a straightforward project for someone with good DIY skills. Steel wall sheets are joined with rivets, and the top and bottom channels are drilled and riveted together. Once the wall and roof panels are assembled, they are stood up, drilled, and riveted together, with flashings fixed last. The door is then assembled and hung using the supplied hinges.

If you choose the optional floor kit, the precut runners and floorboards are simply nailed together with a hammer, and it is recommended to build the floor before starting on the shed structure. Allow approximately one full day for a competent DIYer to complete the installation.
