Customisation & Layout Flexibility

The Pinehaven Richardson is designed to adapt to your site and how you want to use it. Its modular panel construction and internal timber framing allow you to tailor the layout so the shed works efficiently in your backyard.

• Door placement flexibility: The standard single door is on the 3.6m wall, but it can be moved to the position that best suits your access paths and driveway.
• Adjustable window positions: The fixed window on the front wall and the opening window in the 2.8m gable end can both be relocated so you can capture sunlight, views, or prevailing breezes.
• Additional windows: Add extra fixed or opening aluminium windows to increase natural light and airflow, making the shed more comfortable for workshop use.
• Wall height extension: Increase the wall height by 180mm if you need extra headroom, taller door height, or space to store taller items.
• Verandah and decking options: Choose lean-to or gable end verandahs and matching decking kits to create sheltered outdoor storage or a dry transition area at the entrance.
• Colour choice: While the roof is supplied in Karaka as standard, you can select from a range of alternative roof colours, and the untreated exterior allows you to paint or stain the cladding in any colour scheme you prefer.
• Interior fit-out: Add optional timber shelving and take advantage of the internal timber framing to mount hooks, racks, or install an e-bike charger and other services.

Optional Accessories & Upgrades

• Wooden Floor Kit – Provides a strong timber floor solution when you don’t have an existing concrete pad, helping create a clean, level interior.
• Roof Colour Options – Standard Karaka roof colour with the ability to change to a range of alternative pre-painted steel colours to match your house or surroundings.
• Double Door Upgrade – Swap the standard single door for double doors to make it easier to move larger items such as ride-on mowers or bulky equipment in and out.
• Window Upgrades & Extras – Upgrade the standard fixed window to an opening window and add extra fixed or opening windows to increase natural light and ventilation.
• Fire-Retardant Building Paper (Wall Cladding) – Adds a fire-retardant lining behind the wall cladding for extra protection where required.
• Wall Height Increase (by 180mm) – Raises the stud height to better accommodate taller users or taller stored items.
• Timber Shelving Kits (1000mm L x 300mm D, incl. brackets) – Add one or more sets of sturdy timber shelves to keep tools, paints, and smaller items organised and off the floor.
• Gable End Decking Kit – Adds timber decking at the gable end to create a tidy step or platform and help keep mud and dirt outside.
• Lean-To Decking Kit – Provides a side deck area ideal for quick access items or as a handy work-off platform.
• Gable End Verandah Kit – Creates a covered area at the gable end, ideal for storing firewood or keeping gear dry but outside the main shed.
• Lean-To Verandah Kit – Adds a lean-to style covered space along the side of the shed for extra sheltered storage out of the rain.
