Customisation Options

The Garden Master GM1508 Garden Shed is highly configurable, allowing you to tailor it to your site layout, storage needs, and preferred look.

• Door layout flexibility – Choose single or double doors, upgrade to sliding doors, and position the door on the wall that best suits your access (including front or backwall door location changes).
• Window placement – Add louvre windows on the left side, right side, and/or back wall to bring in natural light and ventilation exactly where you need it.
• Extra wall height – Increase wall height by up to 300mm (in 50mm increments) to create more headroom and better storage capacity for long‑handled tools and taller items.
• Roof lighting – Include a skylite roof sheet to brighten the interior with natural overhead light.
• Colour configuration – Select from a wide palette of colours for walls, roof, trims, and door, or choose Alu‑Zinc, to coordinate with your home and other outdoor structures.
• Corner and framing options – Upgrade to corner flashings and add a Frame Master kit (Sure Frame or Kwik Frame) to suit your preferred finish and structural feel.
• Interior fit‑out – Add shelving brackets, tool hooks, cabin hooks and a Bruns Tool Grip rail to optimise the limited floor area and keep a small mower and tools neatly organised.

• GM1508 Wood Floor Kit – Precut runners and floorboards create a dedicated timber floor for your shed, helping to keep contents off the ground and providing a comfortable working surface.
• Concrete Floor Bolt‑Down Package (Flat or Recessed) – Sets of 8 bolts for fixing the shed down to a flat or recessed concrete pad, improving stability and wind resistance.
• Frame Master Kit (Sure Frame or Kwik Frame) – Additional framing support options that enhance overall rigidity and durability of the shed structure.

Doors & Access

• Door Customisation (single or double) – Choose between single or double doors and decide where the door is placed on the shed (any wall), to match your access needs.
• Extra Doors – Add multiple extra doors for more convenient access points around the shed.
• Sliding Door Upgrade – Replace or add sliding doors where space is tight or access is restricted; supplied with a vertical pad‑bolt locking system in the top corner.
• Cabin Hooks – Keep doors securely held open in windy conditions for safer, easier loading and unloading.

Security Upgrades

• Locking T‑Door Handle – Provides an easy‑to‑use, lockable handle for improved security; can be keyed alike when specified.
• Securi‑Door (Double Padbolt Door) – Adds a second pad‑bolt for double‑bolt security, helping to better protect your stored gear.
• Double Pad‑Bolt – Extra pad‑bolt on the door for added theft deterrence and more robust closure.

Light & Ventilation

• Louvre Windows – Provide adjustable ventilation and natural light, helping to reduce condensation and brighten the interior (glass included).
• Skylight Roof Panel – A skylite roof sheet brings extra natural light into the shed, making it easier to see what you are working on during the day.

Storage & Organisation

• Bruns Tool Grip – Wall‑mounted rail with six grippers to secure tools and equipment, with the option to add more grips or hooks for a tidy, organised shed.
• Shed Shelving Brackets – Supports up to three 300mm‑deep shelves hanging from the wall, freeing up valuable floor space (brackets supplied; shelves separate unless otherwise specified).
• Tool Hooks (set of 4) – Multiple hooks for hanging tools and accessories, making the most of the shed’s wall space.

Appearance & Protection

• Alu‑Zinc or Coloured Finish – Choose a durable Alu‑Zinc finish or upgrade to coloured steel to better match your home and surroundings.
• Wall, Roof, Trim & Door Colour Options – Independent colour selection for walls, roof, trims, and door for a coordinated or contrast look.
• Corner Flashing Upgrade – Optional corner flashings to enhance appearance and provide extra corner protection.
• Extra Wall Height (+150mm or +300mm) – Increase wall height in 50mm increments (up to 300mm) for improved headroom and to accommodate taller items.

Construction & DIY Information

Straightforward installation for someone with good DIY skills. The shed is supplied in kitset form with pre‑formed steel panels and channels that are joined on site.

DIY Difficulty Rating

• Intermediate DIY project, recommended as a two‑person job for handling wall and roof panels safely.
• Allow around half a day for installation for a competent DIYer, not including site preparation.

Assembly Overview

• Join wall sheets using rivets into the top and bottom channels, drilling and riveting as you go.
• Once wall and roof panels are assembled, stand the wall panels up, then drill and rivet them together at the corners.
• Install the roof panels in the same manner, ensuring alignment and proper overlap.
• Drill and rivet the flashings to the shed to weatherproof the joins.
• Attach the door using the supplied hinges and specified hardware.
• If using the optional floor kit, assemble the precut runners and floorboards first with nails and a hammer, creating a level platform before you start on the shed.
