DIY Construction & Installation

The Classic Cedar Coventry Timber Garden Shed is designed with a modular assembly system that suits a competent DIYer. Treated timber framing clad with cedar weatherboards arrives in panels that you join together with silicone, bolts, and nails before fixing the roof and hanging the door.

Allow approximately a day and a bit for installation for someone with good DIY skills.

• Drill bits 3.2mm
• 3/8 hex drive
• Riveter
• Hammer

• Caulking gun
• String line or length of string
• Skillsaw or jigsaw / multitool (for floor only)
• Masonry drill and 10mm masonry bit (for bolt down kit only)

Assembly Notes

• Panels are joined with silicone and bolts; beads are siliconed and nailed.
• Roof sheets and flashings are screwed to the shed, or a pre-made shingle roof is fixed in place.
• Final step is to hang and align the door.
