The Duratuf Kapiti Lifestyle Shed offers extensive configuration choices so you can tailor it precisely to your site, storage needs, and aesthetic preferences.

• Exterior Finish Choices: Select Zincalume or upgrade to a coloured finish, then choose from a wide range of wall, roof, and door colours to coordinate with your home or landscape.
• Door Width & Position: Choose either a 2400mm or 3000mm roller door and place it in the centre, left, or right of the front wall to suit driveway access and internal layout.
• Windows & Light: Add multiple fixed or opening windows and an optional clear roof panel to bring in natural light and improve ventilation for workshop or hobby use.
• Access Options: Add a pedestrian access (PA) door and treadplate for easy walk-in entry without raising the roller door.
• Extra Height: Increase the wall height by 390mm to gain more headroom and flexibility for shelving, racking, or taller equipment.
• Environment-Specific Upgrades: Select a Very High Wind Zone Kit or Coastal Upgrade where required for added resilience to local conditions.

DIY Construction & Build Information

Straightforward installation for a builder or anyone with solid building experience. The shed is supplied with precut timber framing to nail together, wall sheets of steel to screw to the frame, steel roof sheets, flashings, and door tracks to screw or rivet on, plus a pre-made roller door to hang. A bolt-down kit is used to secure the shed to a concrete base. Allow a couple of days of work for two to three people.

• DIY Difficulty Rating: Intermediate – 2–3 person job over a couple of days, best suited to those with building experience.
