Customisation Options

The Duratuf Paihia Lifestyle Shed can be configured to better match your property, preferred layout and how you intend to use the space.

• Roller Door Width: Choose between a 2400mm or 3000mm wide roller door opening to suit the size of vehicles or equipment you need to store.
• Roller Door Position: Position the roller door in the centre, left, or right of the front wall to align with your driveway, turning space or access path.
• Windows: Add fixed and/or opening windows in the quantity you require to bring in natural light and, with opening windows, ventilation.
• Pedestrian Access Door: Include a PA door for quick walk‑in access separate from the main roller door.
• Extra Wall Height: Optionally increase wall height by 390mm for more headroom and improved storage flexibility.
• Clear Roof Panel: Incorporate a clear roof panel section to brighten the interior with additional daylight.
• Colour Selection: Choose between bare Zincalume or an extensive range of pre-finished colours for the walls and roof, and select a coordinating or contrasting colour for the doors.
• Performance Upgrades: Tailor the shed to your site conditions with optional Very High Wind Zone Kit and Coastal Upgrade.

DIY Build & Installation

The Duratuf Paihia Lifestyle Shed is supplied as a kitset and is best suited to experienced DIYers or builders. The shed needs to be built in accordance with the building code. Precut timber framing is nailed together on site, with wall and roof sheets of steel, flashings, door tracks and a pre‑made roller door to be screwed or riveted into place. Bolt down kits are available for securing the shed to a concrete base.
