DIY Build & Installation

The Galvo GVO3030 “Ebony” shed is designed as a straightforward project for someone with good DIY skills. Wall sheets are joined with rivets; top and bottom channels are drilled and riveted. Once the wall and roof panels are assembled, the wall panels are stood upright, drilled, and riveted together. The roof panels are installed in the same manner, followed by drilling and riveting the flashings. Finally, the door is assembled and fixed using the supplied hinges.

If you choose the optional floor kit, the precut runners and floorboards can be nailed together with a hammer. When using a kitset floor, it should be assembled before you start building the shed.
