DIY Build & Installation

This shed is intended for competent DIYers and involves joining pre-formed steel and aluminium components with drilling and riveting.

• DIY difficulty rating: Straightforward installation for someone with good DIY skills; allow around two days for a competent DIYer.
• Construction method: Wall sheets are joined with rivets to top and bottom channels, which are drilled and riveted. Once wall and roof panels are assembled, the wall panels are stood up, drilled, and riveted together. Roof panels are fixed in the same manner, and flashings are drilled and riveted to finish. Doors are attached last using the supplied hinges.
• Floor kit installation: The optional wooden floor kit arrives as precut runners and floorboards that can be nailed together with a hammer. If you are using the kitset floor, assemble it before starting the shed build.
