Customisation

Customisation & Layout Flexibility

The Pinehaven Ben McLeod shed is designed to be configured around your site and how you want to use the space. Its modular panel construction and wide range of options allow you to tailor both the layout and the look of the shed.

  • Door placement: The door is supplied on the 3.6m side as standard, but it can be moved to better suit your access or site layout.
  • Window options: Start with the standard fixed aluminium window, then add extra fixed or opening windows to bring in more light where you need it and improve ventilation.
  • Wall height increase: Choose a wall height increase of 180mm if you are tall or need extra clearance for taller items.
  • Verandah and decking styles: Add either a lean-to or gable-end verandah and matching decking kit to create covered storage areas for firewood or items you want to keep out of the rain.
  • Roof colour choice: Select from a wide range of pre-painted steel colours to complement your home or other garden buildings.
  • Internal fit-out: Use optional timber shelving and the internal timber frame to easily mount storage solutions or install extras such as an e-bike charger.
  • Finish in your own colours: The shed is supplied without paint or stain so you can choose colours that suit your property, while also protecting the timber and maintaining the warranty.

Accessory Options

Optional Accessories & Upgrades

  • Wooden Floor Kitset: Adds a solid timber floor for a complete, self-contained structure when a concrete slab is not used.
  • Roof Colour Options: Standard Karaka pre-painted steel roof, with the option to change to a range of colours including Sandstone Grey, Titania, New Denim Blue, Iron Sand, Gull Grey, Ebony, Grey Friars, Flax Pod, Slate, Thunder Grey, and Windsor Grey to match your home or landscape.
  • Main Door Upgrade (Double Door): Switch from the standard single door to double doors for easier access with larger items such as mowers or bikes.
  • Window Upgrades: Upgrade the standard fixed window to an opening window for improved ventilation, or add extra fixed or opening windows (1–3 of each) to increase natural light and airflow.
  • Fire Retardant Building Paper: Wall cladding option that adds an extra layer of protection and performance behind the exterior weatherboards.
  • Wall Height Increase: Increase wall height by 180mm for more headroom and better storage of taller items.
  • Timber Shelving Kits (1000mm x 300mm): Add 1–4 sets of timber shelves, including brackets, to keep tools, supplies, and smaller items organised and off the floor.
  • Decking Kits (Gable End or Lean-To): Add a deck to either the gable end or lean-to side, creating extra usable space for gear you want off the ground but still close at hand.
  • Verandah Kits (Gable End or Lean-To): Add a verandah for sheltered outdoor storage – ideal for firewood or items you want to keep out of the rain but not inside the main shed.
