The Pinehaven Matiu Timber Garden Shed offers several ways to tailor the look and function to suit your outdoor space:

• Finish in your choice of colour: The treated pine weatherboards are supplied ready for you to stain with an oil-based stain or paint with a water-based paint to match your home or garden.
• Roof colour choices: Start with the standard Zincalume roof or upgrade to a pre-painted colour from the available palette to coordinate with existing structures.
• Configurable storage: Use the included shelves as supplied and add optional extra shelving to create a storage layout that suits your tools and equipment.
• Optional clear light panels: Choose clear light roof sections if you prefer a brighter interior with more natural light.

Enhance the functionality and finish of your Pinehaven Matiu Timber Garden Shed with the following options:

• Roof colour upgrade
  Upgrade from the standard Zincalume finish to a pre-painted roof colour to better match your home or landscape.
• Pre-painted steel roof in Karaka (option for other colours)
  Select a pre-painted chalet-style steel roof in Karaka or other available colours for improved aesthetics and added protection.
• Optional clear light roof panels
  Allow natural light into the shed interior, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.

Construction & DIY Information

These sheds are designed to be DIY projects, however we also offer a full install service at fixed prices should you prefer someone else to do this for you. Typically a shed of this size would take one of the installers we use *one day*. See shed options for pricing.

The Pinehaven Matiu Timber Garden Shed is supplied as a modular panel kitset, intended for competent DIYers. The treated framing comes pre-clad with pine weatherboards, and the floor kit is supplied with precut runners and floorboards that can be nailed together on site.

• Suitable for someone with good DIY skills
• Allow approximately one day for installation for a competent DIYer

Typical Construction Steps

• Nail together the precut floor runners and floorboards.
• Fix and align modular wall panels, joining them with silicone and bolts.
• Silicone and nail the beads as required.
• Fit and screw the roof sheets and flashings to the shed.
• Hang the door and complete any final adjustments.
• Fill nail holes with filler, then stain with an oil-based stain or paint with a water-based paint.
