The Pinehaven Pakatoa Timber Garden Shed offers several ways to tailor the building to your site and storage requirements while retaining its compact footprint.

• Roof Colour Choice: Select from the standard Karaka roof or upgrade to a wide range of alternative steel roof colours to coordinate with existing buildings or outdoor finishes.
• Door Configuration: Choose between single or double doors to suit how you plan to use the shed and the access space available in your courtyard or side area.

The shed is supplied unpainted or unstained, so you can finish the treated timber in colours that complement your home and garden while also protecting the cladding and maintaining the warranty.

Optional Accessories & Upgrades

• Roof Colour Upgrade: Standard Karaka pre-painted steel roof with the option to change to a range of alternative colours (including Sandstone Grey, Titania, New Denim Blue, Iron Sand, Gull Grey, Ebony, Grey Friars, Flax Pod, Slate, Thunder Grey, and Windsor Grey) to better match your home or landscape.
• Main Door Configuration: Choose between a single door or the standard double door, allowing you to tailor access width and door style to your storage needs and available space.

DIY Construction & Assembly

The Pinehaven Pakatoa Timber Garden Shed is supplied as a modular kitset with pre-made panels, precut floor runners and floorboards, and treated framing clad with pine weatherboards. It is well-suited to competent DIYers comfortable with basic tools and following step-by-step instructions.

• DIY difficulty rating: Intermediate; recommended as a 1-day project for a competent DIYer.
• Panels are joined using silicon and bolts, with beads siliconed and nailed in place.
• Roof sheets and flashings are screwed to the shed before hanging the door.
• Nail holes should be filled, then the shed finished with an oil-based stain or water-based paint.
