DIY Build & Installation

The Finger Jointed Cedar Sherwood Timber Garden Shed is supplied as a modular kitset with all hardware and fixings included. The treated framing is pre‑clad with cedar weatherboards, and the modular panels are designed to be joined on site with silicone, bolts, and nails, helping to streamline assembly.

Installation is described as straightforward for someone with good DIY skills. Expect to:

• Assemble the optional precut floor kit by nailing together the runners and floorboards.
• Join wall panels with silicone and bolts, and silicone and nail the beads.
• Fix the roof sheets and flashings to the shed, or fit the premade shingle roof if selected.
• Hang and align the solid tongue and groove door.

Allow approximately one day for installation for a competent DIYer.

• Suitable for a competent DIYer; a two‑person lift and assembly is recommended for handling panels and roof components.
