All of our sheds are designed for DIY assembly and come with well-written instructions specific to that shed. If you don't want to do it yourself, our expert shed assemblers provide shed installation services across most of New Zealand.
If you don't want to do this yourself, we can provide professional shed installers nationwide. One of our installers can do a site visit for $90, advise you on what's required for your site and give you a detailed estimate for assembling your shed including the most appropriate shed base or foundations for your needs. (The cost of the site visit is discounted from the final installation cost.)
The site for the shed must be clear of any objects, rubbish, plants or other materials that will interfere with the assembly of the shed. We want your shed to be perfect! So, we need any objects, rubbish, shrubs, tree roots & other material to be removed from the site so we can get your shed assembled as quickly as possible.
The area in which the shed is to go, needs to be flat & level. The surface needs to be stable. There is to be no slope, no compressions or variances in the surface. If the ground or floor is not level it becomes difficult or impossible to fit the roof correctly and often doors will not open/close properly due to the walls being twisted out of shape by the uneven floor.
If the ground where the shed is going is not perfectly flat and level, our shed installers can prepare the surface by laying gravel, a concrete pad or building foundations. Book a site visit ($90) to have your site assessed and get a detailed quote for shed site preparation and shed assembly.
To allow our assemblers to do the best job they can they will require at least 500mm around all four sides. If your shed is to be built under a deck or a pre-existing structure we will require there to be at least 500mm of clearence above the highest point of the roof.
